Ability to identify, prioritize, organize, and track construction projects.
Strong understanding of commercial contract terms and conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to initiate and cultivate personal and professional relationships within the industry.
Demonstrated ability to develop pursuit strategies for complex infrastructure or similar projects.
Proven leadership capability to identify key internal personnel and advance pursuit efforts while maintaining focus on the Owner’s overall objectives.
Contract negotiation experience preferred. Ability to recognize inconsistencies or outliers in contract specifications that could increase Company risk or cost.
Demonstrated ability to assess, measure, and facilitate Owner requirements during the pre-bid, bid, and project phases to support a positive Company relationship throughout the life of the project.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
