Overview

Process payrolls, perform data analytics and supports required reporting and compliance initiatives.

What you will be doing

  • Processes payroll within Company assigned frequencies, which includes compiling payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, and withholding union dues, and preparing and issuing paychecks.
  • Perform off-cycle payroll processing in an accurate and timely manner, within the guidelines of the company program.
  • Collect and evaluates data from multiple systems surrounding Union fringes. 
  • Complete union required reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
  • Support published corporate policies.
  • Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
  • Supports reconciliation of outstanding payroll checks with the corporate Accounting team.

What we are looking for

  • High School diploma / GED required.
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience with in-house payroll processing.
  • Union, Construction, Prevailing Wage payroll knowledge preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products preferred.
  • Planning and organizational skills preferred.

USD $29.00/Hr.

Salary Max

USD $31.50/Hr.
