Process payrolls, perform data analytics and supports required reporting and compliance initiatives.
What you will be doing
Processes payroll within Company assigned frequencies, which includes compiling payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, and withholding union dues, and preparing and issuing paychecks.
Perform off-cycle payroll processing in an accurate and timely manner, within the guidelines of the company program.
Collect and evaluates data from multiple systems surrounding Union fringes.
Complete union required reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
Support published corporate policies.
Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
Supports reconciliation of outstanding payroll checks with the corporate Accounting team.
What we are looking for
High School diploma / GED required.
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
3+ years’ experience with in-house payroll processing.
