What you will be doing

  • Identifies and communicates Business Enterprise requirements in contract documents to ensure Operations team is aware of state/federal requirements including reporting requirements.
  • Performs monthly audits of Business Enterprise  reporting and associated documentation prior to distribution to Operations for approval.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of Business Enterprise  guidance to project management teams to in accordance with owner requirements.
  • Coordinates with project management teams to implement schedules for required reporting and compiles and reviews reporting prior to submittal to Owner.
  • Coordinates with project management teams to collect and review CUF evaluations prior to submittal to Owner.
  • Provides support to project management teams to address Business Enterprise and Substitution requests.
  • Coordinates with joint venture partners and/or third-party service contractors on the overall implementation of project specific Business Enterprise  requirements.
  • Represents the company at monthly meetings with Owners to provide summary of project specific Business Enterprise  utilization.
  • Coordinates with Business Development on the planning of company outreach events.
  • Attends and participates in regional industry and outreach events to network and engage with potential Business Enterprise firms.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry, supplier, accounting, Business Enterprise  experience required.
  • Expert knowledge of federal  and state  programs and requirements.
  • Ability to provide training and guidance to others regarding Business Enterprise  programs and compliance.
  • Able to travel throughout the region to meet with project management teams and for industry and outreach networking events.

Salary Min

USD $80,000.00/Yr.

Salary Max

USD $90,000.00/Yr.
